Collette Starks, CSW, CADC III Certified Social Worker	Women's Betrayal, Separation, and Divorce Recovery Group:  I am the co-leader of a women's group that is for women who have been betrayed in a committed relationship, are seperating, or divorcing.  The focus of the group is to empower women thru their process of recovery.  We focus on self esteem, replacing codependent behavior with healthy empowered assertive behavior.  We teach women to set boundaries, develop an identity, and build integrity in relationships.
Hello, my name is Collette Starks.  I am a Certified Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  I am at Life Designs working under the supervision and license of Betty Heck, LCSW, CADC III to obtain my license.  My specialty is addiction, but am broadening my experience, skills and knowledge base thru this training.	* I see adolescents, adults and seniors * I do individual, family, and group counseling * I treat substance abuse and other addictions * All client's cases will be reviewed on a regular basis with Betty Heck.
