CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is a $50.00 charge for late cancellations or no shows.  Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done 24 hours in advance unless there is an acute illness, death in a relative or, dangerous traveling conditions. This charge must be either paid in full prior to the next appointment or a payment plan can be set up.  Otherwise, your appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled.  If you come to your appointment not prepared to pay for your session and are rescheduled because of this, there will be an additional charge for rescheduling.  

 PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is collected at time of service. If this is not possible your appointment will be rescheduled to a date that will make it possible.  I accept credit cards (by prepayment only on this site), checks, money orders, and cash. 

 INSURANCE POLICY:

I no longer participate with insurance or accept insurance payments.  I do not do anything that involves insurance.  Upon request, an itemized statement will be provided to you for your services.

 LEGAL PROCEEDING POLICY:                                 

I do not do any counseling that has any legal or social services involvement.  This means that if you have an attorney, have been to court, or are going to court, or have any type of relationship to social services, I will need to refer you to someone else.  I do not give any opinions regarding custody issues.  I do not appear in court.  If you choose to not tell me about your involvement and I am required to go to court or be involved, I charge $250.00 an hour and I require a $1000.00 retainer that is non-refundable.
