Women's Empowerment Groups This group is for women who have problems with anxiety and or depression and want
to improve their relationships. This group meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. Times are 5:00pm-6:30pm
and 6:30pm to 8:00pm. There are strict rules of committment, attendance and confidentiality. We go by first names
only. Members can expect to gain a sense of personal power, become a better communicator, and improve their symptoms
of anxiety and depression. Each member must have worked with Betty Heck on an individual basis to start the empowerment
process before admission to group. We work to break the cycle of unhealthy relationship patterns of communication and interaction.
