DIRECTIONS FROM SOUTH ELIZABETHTOWN: Take 31W north to St. John Road (Old Winn Dixie). Turn left on St. John Road. Go approximately 1 mile to West Port Rd. (road before bypass) and take a right. Go to the stop sign, end of West Port Rd. and take a left. Go over the bridge and Brooke Side Office Center will be on your right. Turn there and we are in the second building. You can also take Ring Rd. (3005) North to 1600. Take a right on 1600 (Rineyville Rd.). Go approximately 1 mile and Brooke Side Office Center is on your left. FROM RADCLIFF/FT KNOX: Take 31W south toward Elizabethtown. Before the Towne Mall, take a right on Veterans way, right before BEST BUYS(big yellow sign on your right). Stay on Veterans Way until you come to the light at Ring Road (3005). Take a right on Ring Rd. and then take a left at the next light (Hwy 1600 or Rineyville Rd). We are .6 tenths of a mile on your left. As you descend you will see a big green sign on your left that says Brooke Side Office Center. It is across form Elizabethtown Animal Hospital. Take a left there. We are in the second building. If you go over the bridge you have gone too far.
